Offices of different sizes are offered in the Business Center. Sizes start at 10 square meters and 600€/month. The rental package includes :

1 Furniture : The basic equipment in each office is a desk, 3 chairs, a coat-hanger and a small file cabinet. Additional equipment can provided upon request and are of extra charges.

2 Direct phone line : a direct phone line is allotted with a personal number and voice mail
message recording and transmission by mail or phone once a day
monthly billing of the placed phone calls

3 Internet connection : permanent internet connection

4 Computer equipment : access to the multimedia center

5 Meeting Room : a meeting room for 20 people is offered once a month for half a day. The dates are to be set up with the congress division.

6 Mail : reception and sorting out of mail, packages, faxes, and registered mail
provision of the mail.

7 Inside and outside sign of your company’s name.

8 Maintenance : daily cleaning services are provided

Additional services to both the company base and the offices rental

• Fax machine (free reception and sending of up to 30 faxes per month).
• Photocopy machine: 30 per month.
• Administrative assistance.
• Sending off mail.
• A 25% discount on the WTC membership card (giving a15% discount on conference rooms, language classes, and other local and international advantages.
• Creation of a webpage on the WTC website.
• Translation of documents upon request.
